Shipping

Every Woz order is packed by hand at our production floor in North Las Vegas. Here's how it gets to you.

Processing time

Standard orders leave our facility within 2 business days. Custom or embroidered pieces can take 3–5 business days to complete before shipping. You'll get a tracking email the moment your order goes out.

Shipping options (US)

• Standard (3–7 business days) — free on orders over $75; otherwise calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
• Expedited (2–3 business days) — available at checkout for gifts and last-minute orders.
• Overnight — available at checkout when we can meet the cutoff. Contact us if it's urgent.

International shipping

We ship to most countries. Rates and any applicable duties or import taxes are calculated at checkout — you'll never get a surprise bill from the carrier. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination.

Premium unboxing

Orders over $150 ship in our premium packaging — reinforced box, branded tissue, and a hand-written thank-you note. It's a small thing, but the fans who unbox on camera notice.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check spam or email us — we'll look it up and resend.
